SAFETY PROTOCOLS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDANCE

*Contact Tracing: Students experiencing fever or other Covid-19 symptoms will not be permitted to attend class. If you or anyone in your household tests positive for Covid-19 or is advised by a medical professional to self-quarantine, you will not be permitted to attend class. Moreover, if a student's family or faculty member falls in one of these two categories we ask that you notify Ballet Arts School of this information immediately. Please help us work together to keep Ballet Arts School safe and healthy.

Masks: If you are fully vaccinated, masks are optional. If you are not fully vaccinated, masks are required.

Hygiene: Upon entering, students must wash their hands with soap and water.

Social Distancing: Only students will be allowed inside the building. In the studio, students and teachers will maintain the recommended six feet of social distancing.

Temperature Checks: Upon entering, student’s temperature will be checked.

Pick up and Drop off Procedure:

Only students will be allowed inside the building.
Students will be dropped off and picked up at the door.
Children will be allowed to enter at the start time of their class, one at a time, met by their helper.
Children will be released, one at a time, starting five minutes before the end of their class.
Parents, please be prompt, as we cannot have children piled up in the reception area.

*In order to facilitate these safety guidelines for the younger students, we plan to have older dance students as teaching assistants.

TUITION FEES: Please email Faithann info@balletartsschool.com for tuition amount owed( with credit applied if applicable). Please do not come into the reception area for inquiries.

About Us

Located in San Antonio, Texas — Ballet Arts School strives to provide students with a nurturing environment for training in ballet with pointe and partnering, jazz, modern, boys ballet, creative movement and pre-ballet. The studio produces an annual recital at the end of the school year.

Established in 1973, the studio has been under the ownership/directorship of Judith Clement Gani since 1989.

Ballet Arts students are exposed to a number of opportunities that enrich their technique. Many advance to become members of Alamo Arts Ballet Theatre, a non-profit performing company for the very serious dance student who desires to pursue a career in dance. Ms. Gani is executive director of AABT. The company performs several times during the year and affords children at Ballet Arts the opportunity to audition for parts in children's ballets.

In the 2019 - 2020 season, Alamo Arts Ballet Theatre produced their full-length story ballet, "The Dancing Princesses". They also gave free lecture demonstrations in schools and community centers.
